Project Manager - Operations (current opening in Springfield, MA)

Our Project Managers are responsible for managing residential and commercial projects from contract stage through project completion. Scope of work includes scheduling installation crews, working with multiple subcontractors, communicating with engineering and purchasing in the details of a project, and strong customer service skills. Individuals are assigned to specific geographic areas.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction industry a benefit
  • NABCEP certification or advanced training desired
  • Superior communication and relationship skills
  • Exposure to renewable energy issues and economics.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Commercial Sales Director - Immediate Opening in Boston, MA

Our Commercial Sales Directors are responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective business, education and non-profit customers, specifying product and service solutions, developing proposals, negotiating and closing sales of Alteris™ Renewables’ services. Individuals are assigned to specific geographic markets and assist with development of marketing programs and materials for their geographic areas in the Northeast US.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of previous experience in a solutions sales position
  • Ability to engage and present to senior executives and financial managers, effectively assess and communicate ROI, negotiate and sell large projects
  • Exposure to renewable energy issues and economics.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Renewable Energy Consultants - Residential Sales

Our sales consultants are responsible for qualifying prospective customers, specifying product and service solutions, developing proposals, negotiating and closing sales of Alteris™ Renewables’ services. Individuals are assigned to specific geographic markets and assist with development of marketing programs and materials for their geographic areas in the Northeast US.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in residential sales position or related position
  • Ability to engage with local community groups, as well as negotiate effectively with customers
  • Exposure to renewable energy issues and economics.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Solar Installers

Alteris™ Renewables installers are responsible for the installation, commissioning, and servicing of solar electric and solar thermal systems. Working with our project managers, they handle both residential and commercial installations.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and installing solar systems
  • Experience in contracting and project management
  • Superior communication and relationship skills
  • Team player who listens, learns, and problem solves
  • Experienced computer user, proficient MS Office
  • NABCEP certification or advanced training desired
