Marketing Associate (Wilton, CT)
The Marketing Associate is responsible for managing advertising/marketing/pr related projects and providing support to the Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage advertising/marketing/pr related efforts including planning, project management and execution
- Work as part of team of inside and outside resources to create and implement marketing collateral, online content, press releases, advertisements and other requests as needed
- Coordinate tradeshowsand other special events as needed
- Validate, track and report metrics
- Manage partner and vendor relationships; interact with partners and vendors to execute tasks
- Support key clients within the organization, such as the President, CEO and other senior management in internal communication initiatives
- Ad hoc requests as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of at least 2 years of experience, preferably more in marketing/advertising/pr within an organization
- Detail oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative with a consumer instinct to develop compelling marketing programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines projects and priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating original content as well as revising, summarizing and building consensus to optimize communications
- Ability to coordinate and lead across functions
- Prior experience within solar/wind energy and/or construction strongly preferred
- College degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising/PR

Renewable Energy Consultants (Northern New Jersey)
Renewable Energy Consultants are assigned to specific geographic territories, assist with the development of marketing programs for their territories, and manage the sales process with residential customers interested in solar PV and thermal solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with local community groups
- Qualify prospective customers
- Specify product and service solutions and develop proposals
- Negotiate and close sales
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential sales
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
- Exposure to renewable energy field
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to work independently, with strong goal-orientation

The Solar Energy Specialist is assigned to a specific geographic territory in which they assist with the development of marketing programs for their territories and manage the sales process with residential and small commercial customers interested in solar PV and thermal solutions.
