Aetna

“It's not just the energy savings, but it's the right thing to do in terms of the green movement.”

Fred Laberge, Aetna

Aetna chose Alteris Renewables for its innovative engineering-based approach to designing their solar energy system as part of the renovation of their Hartford campus. Aside from the ballasted roof-mounted system, Alteris engineers designed a series of custom solar awnings that integrated with the granite facade of the building which are visible, but not distracting, to traffic passing by on Interstate 84.
